Getting support

If you require support while using SDL Archive Manager, you can turn to online resources or customer support for help. Get help on the SDL Tridion World Web site, or log a Customer Support ticket.

About this task

The online resources provide you with support while using SDL. If the online help resources do not provide a solution to your problem, submit a ticket on the SDL Support Portal or email SDL Customer Support:

The primary and quickest point of contact to get support is to submit a service support ticket on the SDL Support Portal.
