Sorting objects by column

Procedure

  1. Click a column heading.

    An upward-pointing triangle appears indicating that all objects in all rows are sorted in ascending order based on the active column (the column heading you clicked).

  2. Optionally, click the upward-pointing triangle in any column header to change the sort order to descending.

    The triangle points downward indicating that all objects in all rows are sorted in descending order based on the active column.

  3. Optionally, show, hide or reorder columns in the list view.
    1. Click View > Customize List View.
    2. Click a column title in the right pane, then click Move Up to move the column left or Move Down to move the column to the right.
    3. Click a column title in the left column, then click Add to add the column to the list view, or click a column title in the right column, and then click Remove to remove the column from the list view.
    4. Click OK.
