Depending on your agreement with your providers, you may be asked to review completed documents based on a specific Quality Assessment (QA) Model.
Procedure
- Open the Customer Portal and select the appropriate project from the Dashboard, the Projects page or the link in the notification email.
- Access the delivered file by clicking on the source file in the project to expand the section displaying deliveries.
- Click the Download icon to download the file and review it.
- Click the Review Delivery button beside the file.
A form displays detailing the possible criteria; fill in the page and add any relevant comments.
- Click the Save button to submit your review.

Note: The Comments field allows up to 2048 characters, each line break counting as 2 characters.
