Reviewing a Delivered Document

Depending on your agreement with your providers, you may be asked to review completed documents based on a specific Quality Assessment (QA) Model.

Procedure

  1. Open the Customer Portal and select the appropriate project from the Dashboard, the Projects page or the link in the notification email.
  2. Access the delivered file by clicking on the source file in the project to expand the section displaying deliveries.
  3. Click the Download icon to download the file and review it.
  4. Click the Review Delivery button beside the file.
    A form displays detailing the possible criteria; fill in the page and add any relevant comments.
  5. Click the Save button to submit your review.
