Viewing your Availability and Schedule
View your available time and work schedule.
Procedure
- From your initial on the top toolbar or from the main menu page of the Provider Portal, click My Flow.
- Click the Availability tab.
- Expand the Calendar section and click a week. The weekly calendar view displays your availability for every hour of each day of the selected week.
- Unavailable time appears in silver or grey.
- Available work periods appear in white.
- Available work periods that occur on a holiday appear in blue.
- Select the Show workload check box to view your work tasks in the calendar.
