Viewing your Availability and Schedule

View your available time and work schedule.

Procedure

  1. From your initial on the top toolbar or from the main menu page of the Provider Portal, click My Flow.
  2. Click the Availability tab.
  3. Expand the Calendar section and click a week. The weekly calendar view displays your availability for every hour of each day of the selected week.
    1. Unavailable time appears in silver or grey.
    2. Available work periods appear in white.
    3. Available work periods that occur on a holiday appear in blue.
  4. Select the Show workload check box to view your work tasks in the calendar.
