Enter your SDL Account credentials and click Sign In.
Select Support & Education > Support.
On the Support page, click the Get Support button.
The Service Request Management page is displayed in a new window.
Click Open a support ticket and fill in the details of your request in the pop-up form.
Click the Submit request button to send your request to a Support engineer.
