Link resolving
In Content Manager Explorer, end users can create a link to a Component, Multimedia Component or Page. If you implement dynamic linking, then on the published Web site, this link becomes a link between published Web pages (or, if the target item is not available, a dead link). If the original link points to a content item that appears on multiple Web pages (an ambiguous link), dynamic linking decides which Web page to point to. And finally, a link may point to a Component that was published but never embedded on a Page. You can configure how Content Delivery should handle dead links, ambiguous links, and links to non-embedded Components.
