Setting user rights

Before you begin

The following table describes the rights required to set user and User Group rights on a Publication:

About this task

You set Rights for Outbound E-mail items and Rights for Audience Manager items to define the types of tasks that users or groups can perform on Outbound E-mail and Audience Manager items. You assign rights to users or groups in a Publication's Security tab.

Procedure

  1. To set user or User Group rights, select a Publication and choose Properties from the context menu.
  2. Select the Publication Security tab:
  3. In the Users and Groups pane, select a User or a User Group.
  4. In the Rights pane, select a rights you want to assign to this User or User Group.
  5. Click Save and Close.

Results

The user or User Group rights are modified.
