Deleting a Filter Conditions File

This procedure describes how to delete a filter conditions file that is in use. Filter files that are in use are in the live area and cannot be deleted while they are in use.

Procedure

  1. If you are on a Collaborative Review page, select Home in the breadcrumb trail.
    The Collaborative Review landing page appears.
  2. In the Administration Tools pane, click Manage Publications.
    The Manage Publications page appears.
  3. In the left pane, navigate to the language version that contains the filter conditions file to delete.
  4. Click Configuration.
  5. Under Filter Resource, click ...
    This deselects the filter conditions file.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Click Validate.
  8. Expand Unused Resources.
  9. Click Delete Unused Resources.
    This deletes the filter conditions file and any other unused resources in the publication.
