This procedure describes how to delete a filter conditions file that is in use. Filter files that are in use are in the live area and cannot be deleted while they are in use.
Procedure
- If you are on a Collaborative Review page, select Home in the breadcrumb trail.
The Collaborative Review landing page appears.
- In the Administration Tools pane, click Manage Publications.
The Manage Publications page appears.
- In the left pane, navigate to the language version that contains the filter conditions file to delete.
- Click Configuration.
- Under Filter Resource, click ...
This deselects the filter conditions file.
- Click Save.
- Click Validate.
- Expand Unused Resources.
- Click Delete Unused Resources.
This deletes the filter conditions file and any other unused resources in the publication.
