Initiatives overview screen

The Initiatives overview screen displays all the Initiatives in the currently selected Folder. In this screen you can create a new Initiatives, localize or unlocalize existing Initiatives or open them for editing.

The Initiative overview screen consists of the following areas:

1. Ribbon toolbar
At the top of the interface, the ribbon toolbar provides actions you can perform in the current section.
2. Initiative Management
On the left-hand side of the interface, you can browse to Initiatives located in different Publications and Folders.
3. Main work area
In the middle of the interface, the main work area displays the Initiatives available in the currently selected Folder. Single-click an Initiative to view its properties, or double-click an Initiative to open it for editing in the Initiative details screen.
In the bottom-right hand corner of the screen you can click the free view, list view or grid view buttons to arrange the Initiatives differently.
4. Initiative Details
On the right-hand side of the interface, details are shown for the currently selected Initiative.
5. Navigation bar
At the bottom of the interface, the navigation bar allows you to switch between the Initiatives overview screen, open Initiatives, and open Reports:
6. View and zoom controls
On the bottom right hand side of the interface, you can zoom in and out and change the views (how the elements displayed in the main work area are visualized).
