Deactivating or activating a user in Access Management

Deactivate a user to temporarily remove their access to Tridion applications. Whenever needed, you can activate user again and restore their access.

About this task

The activation status of a user in Access Management affects all the applications for which the user been given access through Access Management. Deactivated users still appear in the list of users and can be activated again at any time.

Procedure

  1. From the slide-out navigation, select Access Management.
    The Users tab shows a list of existing users.
  2. Open the user you want to deactivate or activate.
  3. Select Deactivate or Activate, as needed.

Results

The list view indicates the updated activation status of the user.
