Canceling a publish transaction
You can cancel a scheduled publish transaction if the transaction is not In progress. When a transaction is canceled, it is removed from the Publishing Queue.
Before you begin
To cancel a publish transaction, one of the following must be true:
- You are the user who initiated this publish transaction.
- You are a system administrator (that is, you have the System Administration Privilege).
- You are a user with Publish Transaction Privilege.
Procedure
- Open Content Manager Explorer.
- Open the Ribbon toolbar Home tab and click Publishing Queue.
- Select the transaction you want to cancel from the Publishing Queue.
- In the Publishing Queue toolbar, click Remove from the publish queue.
