Users with TD administration permissions can accept, reject, or edit the term changes proposed by translators or reviewers.
Procedure
- In WorldServer, go to
- Select the term database that contains the proposed term change.
- On the Term Database: <name> page, search for the appropriate entry.
- Select any of the terms corresponding to that entry.
- In the View Term - <name> dialog box, in the term list, select the term that contains the proposed change.
- Expand the Proposed Changes section by selecting Show
.
Note: You can only expand the Proposed Changes section for the terms for which there are proposed changes. If a term does not have any proposed changes, the button and the section are not displayed.
In the Proposed Changes section, you can view the differences between the current term and the proposed term, the comments made, as well as the date and the user who proposed the change.
- Select the appropriate change, and then do one of the following:
- To accept the change, select Accept.
- To reject the change, select Reject.
- To edit the change, select Edit, make the necessary changes, and propose the term change again.
- In the View Term - <name> dialog box, select OK.
