Searching for and replacing TM entries

The search and replace feature gives you several options for modifying your translation memory.

About this task

While searching for TM entries, you can do the following:
  • Specify a maximum number of hits, to restrict the number of results to be returned in the result set.
  • Make the search for whole words, so the search text will match only complete words, not subsets of words.
  • Make the search case-sensitive.
  • Select source and target languages to refine your search. If you do not select source and target languages, all languages will be returned.
  • Filter entries according to their status. In Non -Live TM mode, you can select All, Locked, or Unlocked. In Live TM mode, you can also select Pending Review, Reviewed, or Rejected.
  • Apply attribute filters during the search.
