Working with submitted content
After you submit content for translation, you can interact with the projects you created in multiple ways; for example, by responding to required actions, by adding extra files, or by canceling files.
Responding to required project actions Active translation projects may require you to take certain actions or to submit responses. For example, such an action might involve approving a translation.
Modifying projects Translation requirements may change over the course of a project. To keep up with them, you can modify the custom project attributes, the due dates, or the quotes of existing active projects.
Adding new files to existing projects You can add new files to existing active projects either from your computer or from the WorldServer Asset Interface System.
Downloading project files Download project files if you need to work with them outside of WorldServer TransPort.
Canceling projects Canceling projects involves canceling all the tasks in it. After you cancel a project, you can no longer modify custom attributes or other elements related to it. However, the details of the project are still available in TransPort for future reference.
Canceling files When you cancel files, you cancel the translation tasks associated with those files. If a project contains only one file and you cancel that file, the entire project is canceled.
Deleting projects In TransPort, you can only delete archived projects. Projects become archived after users complete or cancel them.
