Defining and managing graphics
This topic describes tasks Contenta S1000D lets you perform with graphics. Note that CAGE code-based ICNs are not supported for these tasks.
- Defining an IRL
Perform these steps to define an IRL. - Creating graphics objects
This task lets you create graphics objects in Contenta S1000D from a list of Illustration Control Numbers that you previously created when you defined your program's IRL. Alternately, you can create graphics objects when you upload graphics or at the same time you define your IRL. - Assigning graphics to a Contenta project
This task describes how to assign graphics to a Contenta project so you can put them into a workflow. Use this same task to assign the graphic to other projects. When an assigned graphic is at the final step in all the workflows to which it is assigned, its status on the Manage DMRL and IRL window is "Ready." - Deleting graphics
This task describes how to delete a graphic from the Contenta S1000D database. - Recreating deleted graphics
This task describes how to recreate deleted graphics. - Exporting an IRL
This task describes how to export a subset of a program's codes (based on the SNS directly, or by the System, Subsystem, SubSubsystem, or Unit or Assembly) to a comma-separated value (CSV) file.
