Trustable Chat

Explore our documentation using the Trustable Chat feature, available from the bottom right hand corner of any documentation topic.

You access the feature by selecting the Trustable Chat button in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.

You can ask the chat feature any question (preferably in English) about the documentation on the Documentation Center, and it will do its best to answer you. Included in its answers are references to specific documentation topics that were used to arrive at the answer.

Unlike the search interface, which offers a one-off answer to your search query, Trustable Chat allows you to engage in a conversation, allowing you to direct its focus, ask new questions based on the answers it gave you, and otherwise explore the documentation.

Trustable Chat considers the entirety of the Documentation Center when answering your question. So if you ask, for example, "How do I create a publication?" it may give an answer for multiple products (because multiple RWS products have the concept of a publication).
