Will hyperlinks pointing to the older versions of the Documentation Center keep working?
You may still have URLs or links pointing to the Documentation Center 2.0 in many places, and even to Documentation Center 1.0 in some cases: in your bookmarks browser, in RWS Community posts, in e-mail correspondence, in training materials, or even just in a note-taking app on your computer. You can use Documentation Center 2.0 links: all such references will be redirected to the new site automatically. But Documentation Center 1.0 links are no longer supported.
Direct URLs
Any URL that used to point directly to any page in the Documentation Center 2.0 are automatically redirected to the corresponding new URL in this new Documentation Center.
Any URL that used to point directly to any page in the Documentation Center 1.0 needs to be updated. You can recognize such old URLs by how they start: URLs that begin either with https://docs.rws.com/LiveContent/ or with https://docs.rws.com/LiveContent/ now no longer work.
Shortcut URLs
You may also be using shortcut URLs, that is, easy-to-remembers URLs, created by RWS, that start with http://docs.rws.com/ followed by some string. These URLs then redirect to a location in the Documentation Center.
For example, https://docs.rws.com/TridionDocs15.1/ takes you to the documentation for the Tridion Docs 15.1 release.
Any shortcut URL that used to point to a topic in the old Documentation Center is now also redirected, and now points to the corresponding new URL in this new Documentation Center.
