The Microsoft 365 administrator can upload the XML manifest and assign access in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
Procedure
- Log in to Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- Navigate to Services & add-ins.
- Select + Upload Add-in.
The below panel will appear. Under "I have the manifest file (.xml) on this device", select
Browse to find the manifest file on the local machine and click
Next.
- In the Centralized Deployment panel that appears, under Who has access? select Edit.
- In the Who has access? panel that appears, use the search field to find and add the user groups and/or the users who should have access to the add-in.
- Review the user groups and/or users who have been granted access and select Save.
- In the Centralized Deployment panel, review the details of the Add-in and select Save.
When the manifest has been successfully saved, the message "Manifest saved for your organization. You may need to refresh if the Add-in is not shown.
- Select Close.
You will now see the Language Weaver Add-in in the list of Add-ins in the Admin Center.
