Administrator-level deployment

The Microsoft 365 administrator can upload the XML manifest and assign access in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
  2. Navigate to Services & add-ins.
  3. Select + Upload Add-in.
    The below panel will appear. Under "I have the manifest file (.xml) on this device", select Browse to find the manifest file on the local machine and click Next.
  4. In the Centralized Deployment panel that appears, under Who has access? select Edit.
  5. In the Who has access? panel that appears, use the search field to find and add the user groups and/or the users who should have access to the add-in.
  6. Review the user groups and/or users who have been granted access and select Save.
  7. In the Centralized Deployment panel, review the details of the Add-in and select Save.
    When the manifest has been successfully saved, the message "Manifest saved for your organization. You may need to refresh if the Add-in is not shown.
  8. Select Close.
    You will now see the Language Weaver Add-in in the list of Add-ins in the Admin Center.
