Follow the standard instructions in the ServiceNow documentation to install and configure the Agent Chat plugin. You can find links to the ServiceNow documentation about this plugin here: Vancouver and Utah.
Procedure
- Log in to your ServiceNow instance and - in the Next Experience UI - from the Unified navigation header, select the All menu and navigate to System Applications > All Available Applications > All.
- In the All Applications search bar, enter Agent Chat plugin and locate it in the list of applications.
- Select Install/Update to perform the necessary operation.
This plugin also will install a few other required plugins.
