Agent Chat plugin

Follow the standard instructions in the ServiceNow documentation to install and configure the Agent Chat plugin. You can find links to the ServiceNow documentation about this plugin here: Vancouver and Utah.

Procedure

  1. Log in to your ServiceNow instance and - in the Next Experience UI - from the Unified navigation header, select the All menu and navigate to System Applications > All Available Applications > All.
  2. In the All Applications search bar, enter Agent Chat plugin and locate it in the list of applications.
  3. Select Install/Update to perform the necessary operation.
    This plugin also will install a few other required plugins.
