Read here the steps to take for retrying translation for a batch of failed translation jobs.
Procedure
- Go to the Workspace where the Language Weaver app is installed.
- From the Workspace main menu, select the Request History tab.
- In the Translation Request History table, select the jobs with failed translation status.
- At the bottom of the table, click on the Retry button.
You will only be able to retry the failed translation of jobs with the same API that you had configured at the time the translation request was sent, it is very possible that when you change the configuration of an API and retry the translation of the document, it will fail again.
