Configure Sites

Procedure

  1. In Setup, navigate to User Interface > Sites and Domainsand select the desired site label where the new window should be shown.
  2. Select Public Access Settings and then Edit.
  3. Navigate to Standard Object Permissions and select the boxes corresponding to the Readand to the Create permission to the Document Object.
  4. Navigate to the Custom Object Permissions and select the Read, Create, Edit and Delete Permissions to the Live Agent Setting and Live Chat Logs object.
  5. Select Save.
