Configure the RWS Language Weaver app for Live Agent

Procedure

  1. Select App launcher > View all.
  2. Select RWS Language Weaver Settings.
  3. Configure the URL (required), Client ID (required) and Client Secret (required), Trace App (recommended), Trace App Version (optional) and Trace App Meta info (optional) provided by Language Weaver.
  4. Turn on translation for service console – this must be marked True in order to use the translation service.
  5. Select Save Basic Settings.
  6. Select the refresh icon in the Language Pairs section to get all available language pairs and then select the language pairs you need.
  7. If available, select the required dictionaries from the dropdown.
  8. Select Save Language Pairs.
