(default) or.The base URLs must be without "http://" or "https". - Select the login type, only one can be chosen at a time:
- Cloud_API_logi, or
- Cloud_User_Credential
- Enter the following details as login credentials:
- For API login:
- in the Cloud_Username_or_Client_ID field:client Id
- in the Cloud_Password_or_Client_Secret field: client secret
This is a secure field, after update the value is saved on server and the field will be empty.- For User Credential login:
- in the Cloud_Username_or_Client_ID field:user email
- in the Cloud_Password_or_Client_Secret field: user password
This is a secure field, after update the value is saved on server and the field will be empty. - For API login:
- Select Use_a_default_model_in_Cloud if you want all the agents in the current instance to have the default model set up. This option allows the Zendesk administrator to set up a default model in Language Weaver.
- Enter the name of the model used to identify the adapted language pairs that have been created in Language Weaver.
In order to set a default model across multiple languages, be sure to use the same model name when creating adapted LPs in Language Weaver.
- Ignore lines from language detection section.
Use this feature in case Zendesk has been configured to inject metadata into the first message in a Support Ticket thread. This will prevent the language autodetect feature from including the injected text in the autodetection and therefore lead to more precise language selection outcomes.
- Ignore_lines_from_start field: select this if you want to ignore lines starting from the beginning of the first message in a thread
- Ignore_lines_from_end field: select this if you want to ignore lines from the end of the first message in a thread
- Number_of_lines_to_ignore_from_language_detection field: set the number of lines that you want to ignore.
The number of lines is calculated based on text followed by a hard return (i.e., where the user presses Enter to start a new line). Continuous text that wraps across multiple lines is still considered as a single line. Only applies to the first message in a thread. - After all fields have been completed select Install.
Example
Note: If any information provided in the settings window is incorrect, the application will display an error message that will ask the user to provide the correct information.
