Filtering feedback items

You can filter the feedback items by their type, review statuses, date added and Language Pair, to manage them in an easier way.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Language Weaver.
  2. Go to Settings > Feedback or select the Translation feedback history button under the translation box.
    The My Feedback table is displayed, displaying your own entries.
  3. Select Filter to display more options:
    • In the Feedback Type drop-down, select Account Feedback if you need to manage those feedback items.
    • In the Review Status drop-down menu, select the status of interest: All, Waiting for review, Approved or Rejected.
    • Under Language Pair, expand the Source and Target drop-downs and select the languages of interest, and next, their corresponding output model.
    • In the Date Added Range select the start and end date of interest.
    The feedback items table is refreshed shortly upon each of these selections.
  4. Select any area outside the pop-up window to return to the table and manage the feedback items.
  5. Alternatively, select Clear filters to remove any previous selections.
