To install the app in the Intercom instance, find the app in the Intercom App Store and follow the standard installation procedure.
Before you begin
- A working Intercom workspace with administrator rights
- Credentials to access Language Weaver. If you do not have credentials for or access to Language Weaver, please contact your Language Weaver sales representative or mailto:sales@languageweaver.com.
About this task
The Language Weaver for Inbox app can be installed directly from the App Store.
Procedure
- From the Intercom Inbox, select the App Store icon in the left sidebar.
This will launch the Intercom App Store.
- In the search box, type "Language Weaver" and select "Language Weaver for Inbox".
The app details page will load.
- Select "Install now"
When the Language Weaver for Inbox app is properly installed, it will appear in the "Details" panel in the Intercom Help Desk Inbox as a collapsible section.
What to do next
This Language Weaver for Inbox section can be dragged to the top of the panel for ease of access. Expand the section to configure the app settings.
