Translating draft replies

Read here how to translate draft replies.

Procedure

Select
  • Back to reset all the fields, except the source and target language preferences, to close the window and return to the main comments window.
  • Text area boxes are used to enter text for translation (top) and display the translations of this content (bottom).
  • Translate to start the translation process.
  • Source language dropdown to select the source language of the comment. When selecting Auto , the language of the comment will be auto-detected. By default, the user's preferred Zendesk system language will be set as the source language.
  • Target language dropdown to select the target language for the translation. By default, the target language will be set to the language of the comment detected or as it was set manually in the translate ticket comments main view.
  • Select Dictionary dropdown to select the dictionary for the language pair. The None value means that no dictionary is selected.
  • Select Model dropdown to select the model for the language pair, in case a custom or adapted model has been deployed for the user's account. The generic model is selected by default.
  • Paste to copy the translated content to the ticket text editor in the main section of the window (see the example in the image below).
The content will be copied at the cursor position.
