Testing the configuration
After the configuration part is done, you can use the application to translate several types of text input.
- Translating content in the Incidents Management application
ServiceNow offers multiple ways to view incidents in the Incident Management application. Each of these display types will appear differently and will offer different features. Read more about each of these in the sections below. - Translating content in Classic UI (Admin view)
The Classic UI view offers some configuration features, so this is most likely the starting point to prepare your Incident Management environment for translation. - Translating content in the Service Operations Workspace
The Service Operations Workspace is likely to be the standard interface for support personnel to access and manage incidents. This workspace does not offer configuration features and looks considerably different from the Classic UI view. Nevertheless, the Language Weaver Translation app features are available in this view. - Translating chat communications in the Agent Chat application
The ServiceNow Agent Chat application allows ServiceNow support agents to communicate with users in their own language. - Support and Troubleshooting
