Translating content in the Incidents Management application

ServiceNow offers multiple ways to view incidents in the Incident Management application. Each of these display types will appear differently and will offer different features. Read more about each of these in the sections below.

About this task

The Language Weaver Translation app uses automatic language detection to detect and then translate the content in the Incident Management application according to the language detected. Language detection usually works well, but in some instances - for example, very short texts, or texts that use a mix of languages - language detection can make mistakes. In these rare instances, you can use the Language Weaver portal as a temporary workaround.
