The Service Operations Workspace is likely to be the standard interface for support personnel to access and manage incidents. This workspace does not offer configuration features and looks considerably different from the Classic UI view. Nevertheless, the Language Weaver Translation app features are available in this view.
Procedure
- Navigate to . This workspace also has its own URL, so you can access the workspace directly as well.
- In the Overview and Details sub-tabs, you will find Activity in the Compose pane. As in the Classic UI, comments and work notes must be posted in order to activate the translation feature. To translate any posted comments or work notes in the Activity section, simply hover over the item and the translate button
will appear. Select the translate button.
The translation will be displayed below the item.
- In the Details sub-tab, the translate button
is displayed in the Short description and Description fields. Select the translate button and the translation will be displayed below the item.
In the incident Overview sub-tab, the Short description and Description fields are not translatable.
