Translation management
Language Weaver Edge enables users to translate content via the Translate UI, Auto-detection, Highlight marking, Dictionaries, while supporting a variety of file types.

You can translate source text by pasting it in the translation box available in the Web GUI. - Translating files

Language auto-detection can be performed on both text and file input to increase workflow efficiency with batch requests of content from various source languages. - Enabling transliteration of unknown words
When unknown words are found, users can prompt Language Weaver Edge to transliterate them, namely to spell words letter by letter using the Latin alphabet. This is useful for character conversion in languages such as Arabic or Japanese. - Disabling instant translation
By default, the text you enter in the source-language translation box gets translated in the target-language translation box instantaneously. However, you can disable this option and trigger the text translation when you explicitly select Translate. - Marking transliterated words
The Highlight function enables users to mark any words that where transliterated because of incomplete recognition. Once marked, these words can be easily edited later on. - Marking Dictionary words
The Highlight function enables users to mark all the words translated as per their corresponding Dictionary entries. - Marking unknown words
The Highlight function enables users to mark any words that cannot be recognized making it easier to spot and correct them later on. - Omitting unknown words from translation
When unknown words occur, you may choose not to highlight them, but rather to completely omit them from your translation. - Tagging translations
You can assign labels to one or multiple translations, in both Translate and Translation Queue by creating new labels or selecting the existing ones. Labels can later be used as search terms when you need to find specific translations. - Canceling translations
When you no longer need a translation which is in progress, you can cancel it. - Deleting completed translations
You can discard any completed translations you no longer need. - Downloading translations
You can download translations in their original file format or in one of the available alternative file formats:.txt,.tmx,.xliff. - Downloading past translations
You can access and download past translations from the Language Weaver Edge records, straight from the Web GUI.
