Copying Elements
Copying an object-mapped element:
- Results in the creation of a new object in Contenta when the document is imported.
The new object is placed in the Contenta hierarchy in a location that corresponds to the location to which it is copied in the document.
Does not create a link between the original data and the copied data so edits made in copied data are not reflected in the original data and vice-versa.
This is not a ReUse copy.
See Scan For New Objects and Prompt for New Object Naming when you copy object-mapped elements.
