Object Containment Rules
You create containment rules for SDL Contenta objects to maintain a consistent organization of your data objects.
SDL Contenta enforces the containment rules whenever you create and store an object in the SDL Contenta hierarchy.
For example, you can configure your hierarchy so that a group container cannot be under a document container. If you attempt to put an object under another that is not allowed in the rules of containment, SDL Contenta displays an error message with a description of the rule you are violating.
You define the containment rules in the SDL Contenta Administration tool, pcmadmin.
Refer to the SDL Contenta Administration User Guide for detailed information about creating containment rules.
