Project administration

The Project Manager (ProjMan) manages and administers Contenta projects (ContentRoutingProject or standard Project.

Project administration includes the following tasks.

  • Creating the project object.
  • Assigning a workflow to the project object.
  • Identifying and linking copies of data that is to be revised into the project object.
  • Identifying and assigning users to tasks in the workflow.
  • Assigning due dates to the project and the tasks in the workflow (optional).
  • Tracking the project through the workflow to assure that it is meeting due dates and is on-schedule.
