Project administration
The Project Manager (ProjMan) manages and administers Contenta projects (ContentRoutingProject or standard Project.
Project administration includes the following tasks.
- Creating the project object.
- Assigning a workflow to the project object.
- Identifying and linking copies of data that is to be revised into the project object.
- Identifying and assigning users to tasks in the workflow.
- Assigning due dates to the project and the tasks in the workflow (optional).
- Tracking the project through the workflow to assure that it is meeting due dates and is on-schedule.
