Working with columns in list view
List view displays objects and children of container objects, each on its own row. You can specify column order, column visibility, column width, and object order within a column.
About this task
The list view lets you:
- page through a list of objects
- change the order of columns
- show or hide a column
- sort objects within a column
- restore sorted objects in a column to the build order
- resize the width of a column
- specify how to display object rows across multiple pages
Contenta contains the following columns, and their default visibility state:
- Actions—Visible
- Name—Visible
- Type—Visible
- Status—Visible
- ObjId —Visible
- IdPath—Hidden
- Name Path—Hidden
- Current —Visible
- Class—Hidden
- Edit Lock—Hidden
- Owner Lock—Hidden
- Project Lock—Hidden
- Has Notes—Hidden
- Is Container —Hidden
- Lock Session Id—Hidden
- Lock Type—Hidden
- Object Type—Hidden
- Object Type—Hidden
- Configuration Id—Hidden
- Desktop—Hidden
S1000D-specific columns (all visible) include the following: Document Type, Technical Name, Information Name, Information Code, System Difference Code, Publication Module Title, SCORM Content Package Title, and Alternate Name.
