Adding attachments
Attachments can be added to any open case. Use a zip file to upload multiple attachments at the same time.
Procedure
- Log on to the SDL Customer Gateway.
- Navigate to the case via the My Support tab.
- From the Quick Actions menu select Add Attachment.
- From the Select File section, Browse to select a file.
- Add specific information in the Comment box and click Submit.
Results
Your attachment is displayed in the Attachments tab at the bottom of the case page.
