Adding attachments

Attachments can be added to any open case. Use a zip file to upload multiple attachments at the same time.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the SDL Customer Gateway.
  2. Navigate to the case via the My Support tab.
  3. From the Quick Actions menu select Add Attachment.
  4. From the Select File section, Browse to select a file.
  5. Add specific information in the Comment box and click Submit.

Results

The Support Engineer is sent an email notification.

Your attachment is displayed in the Attachments tab at the bottom of the case page.
