The SDL Customer Gateway can be accessed via the SDL homepage by clicking . Alternatively, you can access directly via https://gateway.sdl.com.

Logging into the SDL Customer Gateway

If you are an existing user, you can log into the SDL Customer Gateway directly by entering your SDL ID username and password. If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password link to reset it.

If you are a new user, you can create an SDL ID by clicking the Login/Register link found in the top right hand corner of the SDL Customer Gateway home page.
