Adding users

As administrator, you can add as many users as required.

Before you begin

SMTP needs to be configured in order for this feature to be enabled.

You need to have an ETS administrator user account to access to the following operations.

Procedure

  1. Launch the Web GUI.
  2. Log in using an ETS administrator account.
  3. Go to Manage > Users.
  4. Click on the New button.
  5. Fill in Username (email address).
  6. Fill in Display Name.
  7. Check admin if you want to give the user administrator rights.

Results

The new user will receive an automated email from the SMTP server (specified in SMTP) with instructions on how to login to the Web GUI and setup their account password.
