Adding a new workflow status

These steps describe how to add a status that can be used in the workflow.

Procedure

  1. Log in as administrator to the Content Manager Web Client.
  2. Select the Settings tab.
  3. Select Status Definitions on the left hand side.
  4. Select Add to open the Add Status dialog .
  5. Provide a unique name for the status.
  6. Select either draft or released as status type.
  7. Select Add.
