Administering a list of values

You can add a value to the lists of values that are displayed in the Content Manager GUI. For example, you might want to add a company-specific publication type or image type.

Procedure

  1. From the Web Client, click Settings.
  2. In the left pane, click List of Values.
  3. In the Available List of Values field, select a category.
    You can choose from the following options:
    • Folder Content Type
    • Image type
    • Index Term Classification
    • Language
    • Library topic type
    • Map type
    • Publication type
    • Resolution
    • Topic type
    • Translation Job Item Status
    • Translation Job Status
    • Translation Job Type
    • User types
  4. Click Get Values.
  5. Click Add.
    A window opens.
  6. Specify information about the item:
    1. In the Name field, type the value.
    2. Optional: In the Description field, type a description of the value.
    3. Click OK.
