Administering users
Add or modify users to provide access to Content Manager.
- User name and password limitations
User names and passwords are limited in both length, and in the characters that can be used. - Creating new users
To allow users to login to Content Manager and access the repository, you must create the Content Manager user. - Changing user properties
You can modify user permissions, group assignments, language and other properties from the Content Manager web client application. - Deleting users
You can delete users if they do not appear in the repository. For instance, if they do not appear in the workflow, in the baseline, or in event monitor logging, and so on. - Searching for users
You can search for users and filter the user list for parts of user names or any other field in the list screen.
