Analytics Reports: Web

Web analytics reports provide statistics about web site access, such as number of visitors, time spent on the site, number of actions performed, and so on.

All Site TrafficLineReports the number of visitors to a site, per day.
Visitor Site TimePie, Bar, LineReports the time that visitors have spent on the site, which can indicate the overall success rate of their engagement with the content available on the site.

The report classifies each visitor into a category of engagement.

Examples:
  • When a visitor has been on a site for less than one minute, he or she is considered "Bounced."
  • When a visitor has been on a site for one to five minutes, he or she is considered "Interested."
  • When a visitor has been on a site between five and 20 minutes, he or she is considered "Engaged."
  • When a visitor has been on a site for more than 20 minutes, he or she is considered "Hooked."
Visitor Site ActivityPie, Bar, LineReports the number of actions that a visitor performed while at the site.

Visitors are classified into different groups based on their actions.

Examples:

  • When a visitor performs less than two content events, he or she is considered "Bounced." That is, he or she left the site too quickly.
  • When a visitor performs two to 10 content events, he or she is considered "Interested."
  • When a visitor performs 11 to 20 content events, he or she is considered "Engaged."
  • When a visitor performs more than 20 content events, he or she is considered "Hooked."
Site LanguagesLine, PieReports the usage of different languages used to view and interact with the user interface (as opposed to the content).
New/Return Site TrafficPie, Bar, LineReports the number of new visitors as opposed to the number of visitors who have previously visited the site.
Average Topics per VisitLineReports the average number of topics visited in a session.
Referral SitesPie, Bar, Line, TableReports the domain from which a visitor originated, such as Google, Bing, Yahoo, and others.
Browser UsageBar, PieReports the number of times a visitor has used a specific web browser.
Group Site TrafficPie, Bar, Line, TableReports the number of visitors in each user group who have accessed the site.

When a user logs in, each group they belong to is counted in this report.

Site Skin UsagePie, Bar, LineReports all skins used at a site and the frequency of each.
