Configuring Publications
Modifying the configuration for publications and language versions can change their behavior and display.
- Hiding and Showing a Publication or Language Version
Any publication language version that has been prepared (made live) can be hidden from the users' view. All language versions of a publication can be hidden by making the publication itself hidden. This can be useful for preparing and testing a publication, then releasing it to users on a particular date. - Hiding and Showing Draft Comments
Using draft comments (with the<draft-comment>DITA tag) lets authors communicate questions to reviewers or highlight specific content to review. Hiding or showing the draft comments on a publication lets you control when they are visible to your readers. - Locking and Unlocking a Language Version
A language version is locked during certain application events, including uploading data or Preparing for view. This procedure describes how to lock or unlock a language version. - Viewing and Deleting a Language Version's Resources
At any given time, a language version's resources are in either the holding area or the live area. This procedure describes how to view individual resources within a language version, in either the holding area or the live area. - Deleting a Publication
Although you can hide a publication, you may want to delete it instead.
