You must create a publication to send data from Content Manager to your publishing engine. Use the publication to populate and organize your document.
Procedure
- In the Publication Manager, click .
- In the left pane, select the container in which to create and store the publication.
Remember, the content type of the container must be Publications.
- On the toolbar in the right pane, click the icon for New Publication.
The Select Template dialog opens.
- Click New Publication then click Next.
- Enter the Title for the publication.
Other fields are optional. Enter data as needed.
- Click OK.
The new publication is created.
