Default Analytics Reports

Content Delivery provides many analytics reports. You can run these reports as-is, or you can set your own filtering criteria, and then click Save My Report from the ribbon to save the report with a different name.

Significant Content Events

Many Content Delivery analytics reports measure significant content events, called "actions." For example, an action in the report description means an event performed by the end-user that is content-related, such as opening a topic, printing a topic in a PDF format, viewing an image, opening a new publication, or running a search.

Engagement levels

Analytics in Content Delivery use conditions to describe the engagement level of a visitor, either by time or by significant content events (actions). This applies to reports about a website or topics.
Bounced
From a website perspective, when a visitor stays for less than one minute or performs less than two actions.
Interested
When a visitor stays on a topic for one to five minutes or performs two to 10 actions.
Engaged
When a visitor stays on a topic for five to 20 minutes or performs 11 to 20 actions.
Hooked
When a visitor stays on a topic for more than 20 minutes or performs more than 20 actions.
