Deleting a workflow status
You can delete a workflow status when no longer needed.
About this task
A status may be:
- Not used in any inbox definition.
- Not used in any transition.
- Not applied to any object.
If those 3 conditions are met, you may delete the status.
Procedure
- Log in as administrator to the Content Manager Web Client.
- Select the Settings tab.
- Select the Status Definitions tab on the left hand side.
- Select the status you want to delete in the Status List.
- Select Delete and confirm.
