Deleting a workflow status

You can delete a workflow status when no longer needed.

About this task

A status may be:
  • Not used in any inbox definition.
  • Not used in any transition.
  • Not applied to any object.

If those 3 conditions are met, you may delete the status.

Procedure

  1. Log in as administrator to the Content Manager Web Client.
  2. Select the Settings tab.
  3. Select the Status Definitions tab on the left hand side.
  4. Select the status you want to delete in the Status List.
  5. Select Delete and confirm.
