Implementing a custom workflow
When the workflow you designed cannot be covered by the default settings in Knowledge Center, those settings can be adapted through a few simple steps.
You need to:
- Create statuses.
- Define initial statuses.
- Create transitions.
- Create inboxes.
Requirements:
- You have precisely described all the characteristics of your desired workflow. Having a visual representation of it is recommended.
- All the user roles you need have been created.
- You need to log in as administrator for this customization.
