Modifying workflow statuses

You can change the status definition for the workflow.

Procedure

  1. Log in as administrator to the Content Manager Web Client.
  2. Select the Settings tab.
  3. Select Status Definitions in the left pane.
  4. Select the status you want to change in the Status List.
  5. Select Properties to open the Modify Status dialog.
  6. Modify the desired properties.
  7. Select Modify.
