Publication Manager
The Publication Manager is the interface that you use to manage and control publications in the Content Manager repository.
- Publication Manager
The Publication Manager is a tool that lets you manage publications, baselines, personalization and publication life cycles. Translation management, on the other hand, requires the use of Content Manager web client. - The Output Explorer
The Publication Manager's output explorer provides an overview of all deliverables that are currently defined for your publication together with their publication status. - The Conditions Explorer
The Publication Manager's conditions explorer contains the condition values selected to include in the publication outputs. You can also access a dialog box to modify the selection from this interface. - The Variables Explorer
The Publication Manager's variables explorer has a table showing all the variable identifiers found in the contents, and the corresponding variable values found in the resources used by the publication. Use this view to identify the variable references that do not have a corresponding value in a resource. - The Baseline tab
The Publication Manager's baseline tab provides information about the objects used in the publication such as references that cannot be resolved and the version of the objects included in the baseline, along with access to the options to AutoComplete or Freeze the baseline. - The Content Explorer
The Content explorer interface contains the structure of the publication including (but not limited to) a list of the versions of the objects, their status, and access to a preview of the content. In addition, you can perform tasks from the Publication Manager such as check in, check out, and accessing the repository.
