Quality Assistant - system overview

To enable Quality Assistant you need to connect and configure engines.

System Overview

In Quality Assistant, the administrator can set up engines, and see the overall status of the Quality Assistant server, via a web client.

To diagnose problems with the server, alerts provide information to help fix the problems to other 3rd party solutions.

In Quality Assistant via the web client, your administrator can create Engines and connect them to other 3rd party solutions to provide information about the quality of your documentation.

You can connect to the following types of engines:

  • SDL TMS for content reuse
  • Acrolinx server by means of a checking profile or ruleset
  • SDL WorldServer for translation management
  • Terminology Cache (TBX file -exchange format for terminology management)
  • Spelling
