All items in the row are selected.
- Select Workflow Action in the menu bar at the top of the window.
- Click Send in the menu bar at the top of the window.
Status changes for all selected items in the row.
Note:
The workflow action must be allowed by the established transition status or the status does not change.
For example, if an item in Draft status can be changed to Released then this action can be taken when Draft items are selected. If the items are in a Review status and the transition does not allow for Review items to be sent to Released, the action is not honored when Review items are selected; the status does not change. In this case, use these steps and follow the established transition status to send objects to a status from which they can be released.
